Pinellas County, Clearwater, Fla., is searching for an investment consultant for its $209 million 457 plan.
The county is seeking proposals from a firm that can provide investment consulting services, as well as assist in an RFP process to consolidate the plan’s record keepers, according to an RFP posted on the county’s procurement website.
According to a Q&A accompanying the RFP document, the county does not currently have an investment consultant. The plan’s record keepers are Corebridge Financial, Empower Retirement, MissionSquare Retirement and Nationwide Financial.
The timeline for the future RFP for a record keeper as well as whether current firms will be invited to rebid was not provided. County officials could not be immediately reached for further information.
The RFP is available on the county’s procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EDT on April 10. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
