Philadelphia Board of Pensions and Retirement approved commitments of $50 million to Vista Capital Solutions and $25 million to its co-investment vehicle for the $7.3 billion Philadelphia Public Employees Retirement System.
The board approved the commitment to the private credit fund and its co-investment vehicle managed by Vista Equity Partners at its July 29 meeting, said Christopher DiFusco, chief investment officer, in an email.
As of May 31, the pension fund's actual allocation to private assets was 13.6%; the target is 12%.
Investment consultant Marquette Associates assisted.
