Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, committed up to $100 million to Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners XI.
The $32.5 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the large-cap buyout fund at its meeting on Monday, a news release said.
PennSERS previously committed up to $125 million to Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners X in 2021.
As of Sept. 30, the actual allocation to private equity was 19.9%; the target is 16%.
