Overland Park, Kan., is searching for a record keeper for its $82 million defined contribution plan for municipal employees.
The city issued an RFP due to its policy to put services up for bid periodically for due diligence purposes, said Mandie Scott, consultant at intellicents, the plan’s investment consultant, which is assisting with the search.
Current record keeper Milliman is eligible to rebid, Ms. Scott said.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on Oct. 28. Finalist presentations will take place in December or January. A selection timeline was not provided.
