Oppenheimer Holdings Inc., New York, replaced three investment options in their 401(k) plan lineup in 2022.
During the year, the plan added the Fidelity 500 Index Fund, Cohen & Steers Real Estate Fund, and MFS Mid Cap Value Fund, according to a comparison of the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Thursday and last year's filing.
As of Dec. 31, the passive domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments, real estate fund managed by Cohen & Steers, and active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by MFS Investment Management, had $45 million, $14 million and $7 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the new 11-K filing.
The plan also removed the Columbia Large Cap Index Fund, Invesco Real Estate Fund and Janus Henderson Mid Cap Value Fund during 2022, according to the comparison between this year's and last year's filings.
As of Dec. 31, 2021, the passive domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments, the real estate funds managed by Invesco and the active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by Janus Henderson Investors had $55 million, $19 million and $7 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to last year's 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the Oppenheimer & Co. 401(k) Plan had $517 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
