Oneida County, Utica, N.Y., is searching for a third-party administrator for its 457 plan.
The county is seeking a firm to provide record-keeping, investment, marketing and communication services for the plan, according to an RFP posted on the county's website.
The current third-party administrator is Nationwide Financial. According to materials for the Aug. 12 county board of legislators meeting, the board approved a second and final extension for Nationwide ending July 13, 2021.
The RFP discloses neither the asset size of the plan, nor whether Nationwide is eligible to rebid.
The RFP is available on the county's website. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. EDT on April 30. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
