Omnicom Group Inc., New York, added the J.P. Morgan Large Cap Growth Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The company added the active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management during 2022, according to its June 28 11-K filing with the SEC.
As of Dec. 31, the J.P. Morgan fund had $150 million in assets in the plan, according to the filing.
Also during 2022, the company removed the T. Rowe Price Institutional Large Cap Core Growth Fund from the lineup. As of Dec. 31, 2021, the active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by T. Rowe Price Group had $260 million in assets in the plan.
The 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Omnicom Group Retirement Savings Plan had $3.4 billion in assets, according to the 11-K filing.
