Old Dominion Freight Line Inc., Thomasville, N.C., added the Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-U.S. Index Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The plan added the passive international equity fund managed by Vanguard Group during 2021, according to a comparison of the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Tuesday and last year's filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Vanguard fund had $80 million in assets in the plan, according to the new 11-K filing.
The company's prior 11-K filing did not list any passive international equity investment options.
The reason for the addition was not provided in the new 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Old Dominion 401(k) Retirement Plan had $2 billion in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
Spokesman Patrick Budd declined to comment.
