Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, Oklahoma City, is soliciting proposals for record-keeping services for its voluntary SoonerSave and mandatory Pathfinder defined contribution plans, according to a request for proposal posted on the pension fund's website.
It is also soliciting proposals for stable value investment management services for both defined contribution plans, which as of Sept. 30 had $1.25 billion in assets.
The board of trustees approved the RFPs as part of its due diligence review of the plans, said Joseph Fox, executive director of the retirement system, in an email.
"It has been 10 years since the last RFP for these services," Mr. Fox said.
Empower Retirement, the current record keeper and stable value fund manager for both plans, has been invited to rebid.
Proposals for both record-keeping and stable value investment management services are due no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on Jan. 11.
