Oklahoma Firefighters Pension & Retirement System, Oklahoma City, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide small-midcap growth domestic equity investment management services.
The mandate size is about $85 million, said Troy Brown, partner and executive director at AndCo Consulting, the pension fund's investment consultant.
The board of trustees of the $3.4 billion Oklahoma pension fund, which approved the RFP at a meeting Aug. 18, is looking to replace Jackson Square Partners, which had been on watch for performance reasons, Mr. Brown said.
Jackson Square Partners did not respond to an email requesting comment.
The RFP is available on the pension fund's website. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EDT on Sept. 29. A selection is expected on or after Nov. 17.
