Ohio School Employees Retirement System, Columbus, made two new commitments totaling $70 million, spokesman Tim Barbour said in an email.
The $14.5 billion pension fund committed $40 million to Harrison Street Social Infrastructure Fund and $30 million to the OWS Credit Opportunity Offshore Fund, a relative value and structured credit fund managed by One William Street Capital Management.
As of April 30, the actual allocations to global real assets and multiasset strategies were 14.6% and 7.9%, respectively; their respective targets are 15% and 10%.
