Ohio School Employees Retirement System, Columbus, committed $100 million to Lubert-Adler Recovery & Enhancement Capital Fund, a non-core real estate fund managed by Lubert-Adler Partners, said Tim Barbour, pension fund spokesman.
The $15 billion pension fund's actual allocation to global real assets was 15.1% as of Aug 31.
SERS' global real assets target is 16%.
