Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, Columbus, committed up to $50 million to EQT Exeter Industrial Core-Plus Fund IV.
The $19 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the real estate fund at its meeting Wednesday, spokesman David Graham said in an email.
The pension fund has made multiple commitments to prior Exeter funds, most recently committing up to $60 million to value-added real estate fund Exeter Industrial Value Fund V in 2019.
The real estate asset class has an actual allocation of 9.7%, Mr. Graham said.
