Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, Columbus, committed up to $50 million to Crayhill Principal Strategies Fund II, a private credit fund managed by Crayhill Capital Management.
The $15.1 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment, its first to a Crayhill fund, at its meeting Tuesday, spokesman David Graham said in an email.
As of May 31, the pension fund's actual allocation to private credit was 2.9%; the target is 5%.
