Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, Columbus, committed up to $60 million to Cortland Enhanced Value Fund V.
The $17.2 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the value-added real estate fund at its meeting Wednesday, pension fund spokesman David Graham said in an email.
The pension fund previously committed up to $50 million to Cortland Partners Growth and Income Fund in 2018.
As of Jan. 31, the pension fund's actual allocation to real estate was 9.6%; the target is 12%.
