Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program, Columbus, hired Arrowstreet Capital, Schroders and Vanguard Group as active underlying managers for a new white-label international equity investment option, spokesman Josh King said.
The $14 billion 457 plan issued an RFP in October for managers for a potential new active international equity option.
The new active international equity option will be split between value manager Schroders (managing 35% of the assets), growth manager Vanguard (35%), and core manager Arrowstreet (30%). Vanguard already manages two passive international equity options for the plan and will remain in the lineup.
Franklin Templeton was invited to rebid, but did not do so, Mr. King said.
Investment consultant RVK assisted.
