O’Fallon, Mo., is searching for a consultant for the city’s $14 million 457 plan and $2 million 401(a) plan.
The city is seeking a consultant to assist the city in a later RFP process intended to consolidate the plans’ record keepers, confirmed Julie Moellering, purchasing agent.
The 457 plan’s record keepers are Empower Retirement, ICMA-RC and Voya Financial. Empower Retirement is the 401(a) plan’s sole record keeper. The timeline of the future RFP, as well as whether all record keepers are invited to rebid, has yet to be determined.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at noon CST on March 4. A selection is expected on April 8, Ms. Moellering said.
