Oakland County Retirement and Deferred Compensation Board, Waterford, Mich., will search for a defined contribution consultant for its 401(a) and 457 plans sometime in 2021, said Silvia Frank, retirement administrator.
The board will issue an RFP sometime before the end of 2021 as a result of its policy to put services up for bid periodically "to ensure best practices from a fiduciary standpoint," Ms. Frank said.
A timeline for the issuing the RFP has yet to be determined, she said. Current consultant Graystone Consulting will be invited to rebid.
Ms. Frank could not be immediately reached for information on the plan's asset sizes.
