O-I Glass Inc., Perrysburg, Ohio, hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its two 401(k) plans.
Fidelity will replace John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, according to an 8-K filing with the SEC Nov. 14.
A blackout period for participants begins on Dec. 23 and is expected to end during the week Jan. 19.
A reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Owens-Illinois Inc. Stock Purchase and Savings Program had $415 million in assets and the Owens-Illinois Inc. Long-Term Savings Plan had $314 million in assets, according to the company’s most recent 11-K filings.
