NOW Inc., Houston, added the Victory Sycamore Small Company Opportunity Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Victory Capital Management was added in 2019 and had $7 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's June 30 11-K filing with the SEC.
Also during 2019, the company removed the Allianz NFJ Small Cap Value Fund (now the AllianzGI Small-Cap Value Fund), an active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Allianz Global Investors, from the investment options lineup.
As of Dec. 31, 2018, that fund had $5 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the NOW Inc. 401(k) and Retirement Savings Plan had $267 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 13 investment options, two common stock funds and a self-directed brokerage option.
NOW officials could not be immediately reached for further information.
