North Central Texas Council of Governments, Arlington, is searching for a record keeper for its $106 million 401(a) plan and $16 million 457 plan.
The organization is seeking proposals from firms that can provide record keeping, plan administration and participant education services, according to an RFP posted on the Public Purchase procurement website.
The plans have 12 individual investment options and a target-date fund series managed by Capital Group. The RFP does not disclose whether current record keeper MissionSquare Retirement is eligible to rebid.
The RFP is available on Public Purchase's website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CST on Nov. 10. A timeline for a selection has yet to be determined.
Investment consultant AndCo Consulting is assisting.
