Nokia USA Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif., added two investment options to its 401(k) plan lineup during 2018, the company disclosed in its 11-K filing with the SEC.
The plan added the Fidelity Global ex-U.S. Index Fund, a passive international equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments, and the Northern Small Cap Value Fund, an active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Northern Trust Asset Management. The funds had $2 million and under $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the June 20 filing.
Also during 2018, the plan removed the AllianzGI NFJ Small Cap Value Fund, an active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Allianz Global Investors.
As of Dec. 31, 2017, the fund had $3 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Nokia USA Inc. Retirement Savings and Investment Plan had $71 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that date, the plan had 12 investment options, a common stock fund, a self-directed brokerage option and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
