New Smyrna Beach (Fla.) Utilities Commission hired SageView Advisory Group as investment consultant for its $14 million 457 plan and $7 million 401(a) plan.
The commission issued an RFP in January for a consultant to provide advisory plan review and assessment, investment policy statement services, investment menu due diligence, and plan review and assessment for the plans, according to the RFP.
Other finalists were Burgess Chambers & Associates and NFP Retirement, according to an award notice on the commission's website.
Which firm was the incumbent could not be immediately learned. Maureen Lynch, the commission's materials manager, could not be immediately reached for further information.
