New Orleans Municipal Employees' Retirement System is searching for active core-plus fixed-income managers to run a total of between $15 million and $20 million.
The $428 million pension fund issued an RFP because of personnel turnover at current manager TCW Group, said Jesse Evans Jr., director of the pension fund. The firm is eligible to rebid, he said.
The RFP is available on NOMERS' website. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EDT on April 5. A timeline for a selection has yet to be determined.
Investment consultant AndCo Consulting is assisting.
