The Office of the State Treasurer of Mississippi and the board of directors of the College Savings Plans of Mississippi are seeking a consultant to provide investment consulting services for the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition Fund, according to a request for proposal posted on the state treasurer's website.
As of March 31, the MPACT fund had $314 million in assets and employed 11 different investment managers with an asset allocation including domestic and international equities, fixed income and real estate.
The fund is looking for service providers to perform a range of consulting services, including the development of an asset allocation policy for the MPACT fund, according to the RFP.
Proposals are due by 10 a.m. CDT Sept. 12.
