Milwaukee County Employees' Retirement System is searching for a custodian.
The $1.7 billion pension fund is seeking proposals from banks that can provide custody and securities lending services, according to an RFP on the county's procurement website.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current bank or whether it is invited to rebid.
In 2018, the board hired Northern Trust to replace Bank of New York Mellon as its custodian following an RFP process.
The RFP is available on the county's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. CST on Feb. 27. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
