Milford (Conn.) Pension and Retirement System rehired Beirne Wealth Consulting as investment consultant, recently released board meeting minutes show.
The $350 million pension fund issued an RFP in December to evaluate best solutions for the city's pension system, Arthur J. Meizner, director of investment consulting services at Hooker & Holcombe, said at the time. Hooker & Holcombe assisted with the search and was not a bidder.
The other finalist was Fiduciary Investment Advisors.
Mr. Meizner could not be reached immediately to provide further information.
