Middlesex County, New Brunswick, N.J., is searching for an investment consultant for its $104 million 457 plan.
The county is seeking a consultant to provide advice on the plan's investment options, as well as conduct annual reviews of the plan's future investment policy, according to an RFP on the county's procurement website.
The plan does not currently have an investment policy. According to the RFP, the plan's record keepers are AIG Retirement Services, MetLife and Nationwide Financial.
Whether a firm currently provides these services and is eligible to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The RFP is posted on the county's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. EST on Jan. 12. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
