M/I Homes Inc., Columbus, Ohio, added the Dodge & Cox Income Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2018, the company disclosed in its 11-K filing with the SEC.
The intermediate-term core-plus fixed-income fund had $5 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the June 21 filing.
Also during 2018, the plan removed the Dreyfus Intermediate Term Income Fund, an active intermediate-term fixed-income fund now rebranded as a BNY Mellon fund managed by Mellon Investments.
That fund had $4 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the M/I Homes Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan had $77 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 12 investment options and a common stock fund.
