VIA Metropolitan Transit, San Antonio, is searching for an investment consultant for its $348 million defined benefit plan.
The transit authority is seeking proposals from consultants that can provide investment advice to its board of trustees and compensation and pension board committee, according to an RFP on its procurement website.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current consultant or whether the firm is eligible to rebid.
The transit authority is also seeking services for its $16 million other post-employment benefits trust.
The RFP is available on the transit authority's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. CDT on Nov. 1. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
