Meritor Inc., Troy, Mich., added two new investment options to its 401(k) plan in 2020.
The company added the Vanguard Emerging Markets Select Fund, an active emerging markets equity fund managed by Vanguard Group; and Wells Fargo Special Small Cap Value Fund, an active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Wells Fargo Asset Management, the company's 11-K filing Tuesday with the SEC shows.
The funds had $2 million and $1 million in assets in the plan, respectively, as of Dec. 31, the filing shows.
A comparison of this year's and last year's 11-K filing shows no investment options were removed from the plan's lineup.
In 2019, the plan had added the American Century Small Cap Growth Fund to the lineup, replacing the PNC Small Cap Fund, a similar fund managed by PNC Capital Advisors. Federated Investors in 2019 purchased parts of PNC Capital Advisors' money management business, which included the PNC Small Cap Fund.
As of Dec. 31, the Meritor Inc. Savings Plan had 16 individual investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group. The plan had $654 million in assets as of that date, according to the filing.
