Massachusetts Port Authority Employees' Retirement System, East Boston, rehired State Street Global Advisors as a passive equity manager to run a total of $243 million and rehired Wilmington Trust as custodian.
The $800 million pension fund's board approved the hirings at its Aug. 22 meeting, recently released meeting minutes showed.
The pension fund issued RFPs in June. SSGA will continue to manage $160 million in domestic large-cap core, $73 million in international core and $10 million in small-cap growth equities.
RhumbLine Advisers also bid for the passive equity services. For the custodian search, Comerica Bank was the other bidder.
There were no finalist presentations.
