Massachusetts Port Authority Employees' Retirement System, East Boston, is searching for an active domestic core fixed-income manager to run about $190 million and an active domestic small-cap value equity manager to run about $13 million.
The $830 million pension fund is seeking proposals from managers to run an active fixed-income portfolio benchmarked to the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate index and an active domestic equity portfolio benchmarked to the Russell 2000 Value index, according to two RFPs posted on its website.
The RFPs do not disclose the names of current managers or whether they are invited to rebid.
The fixed-income RFP and small-cap value RFP are both available on the pension fund's website. Proposals for both portfolios are due at 4 p.m. EDT on Sept. 29. Selections are expected in December.
