Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, Boston, is searching for an investment consultant for the Massachusetts 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Plan.
The department, which serves as administrator for the plan, has posted on its procurement website a request for responses from firms that can act as a fiduciary for the plan and provide quarterly and annual reviews and analysis of the plan's investment options.
The RFR does not provide an asset size for the plan and does not disclose the name of a current consultant or whether it is invited to rebid.
The plan's current record keepers are Corebridge Financial, Fidelity Investments and TIAA-CREF.
The RFR is available on the state's procurement website. Registration is required. Responses are due at 5 p.m. EDT on May 12. The award will be announced on or around June 1.
