Martin County, Stuart, Fla., is searching for a defined contribution plan consultant for its 457 and 401(a) plans.
The county is seeking a firm to provide general consulting services regarding the design and operation of its defined contribution plans, its investment policy statement, strategic goals and communication and education services, along with evaluating the performance and cost of investment options offered by its record keepers, according to an RFP posted on the DemandStar procurement website.
The current record keepers are Corebridge Financial, MissionSquare Retirement and Nationwide Financial. The RFP does not disclose the name of the current consultant, if any, and its eligibility to rebid for the services.
The 457 plan and 401(a) plan have a combined $47 million in assets.
The RFP is available on DemandStar. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2:30 p.m. EST on March 8. A selection is expected on April 6.
