Marlborough (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System has issued an RFP seeking proposals from managers of global, open-end, core private infrastructure funds.
Meketa Investment Group, investment consultant to the $212 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
The board is looking to commit $10 million and $12 million to such an investment, which would be a new allocation for the pension fund, retirement board Director Margaret R. Shea confirmed in an email.
The RFP is available on Meketa's website.
Proposals are due 3 p.m. EDT April 19. The board has not yet set a timetable for selecting a manager, Ms. Shea said.
