Macomb County Employees' Retirement System, Mount Clemens, Mich., committed $12 million to Centerbridge Partners Real Estate Fund II.
The $1 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the opportunistic real estate fund at its May 6 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
The pension fund previously committed $10 million to Centerbridge Partners Real Estate Fund in 2018.
Investment consultant AndCo Consulting assisted.
