Macomb County Employees' Retirement System, Mount Clemens, Mich., committed $8 million to TerraCap Partners VI.
The $1.3 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the value-added real estate fund managed by TerraCap Management at its Oct. 19 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
The pension fund has committed to previous TerraCap funds, including $18 million in 2020. The pension fund had not disclosed the name of that fund.
Investment consultant AndCo Consulting assisted.
