Lubrizol Corp., Wickliffe, Ohio, hired Empower Retirement as record keeper of its two 401(k) plans.
Empower Retirement replaced Voya Financial as record keeper of the two plans effective Jan. 4, according to the Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary's two 11-K filings with the SEC on June 24.
The 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Lubrizol Corp. Employees' Profit Sharing and Savings Plan had $1.4 billion in assets and the Lubrizol Corp. Age-Weighted Defined Contribution Plan had $74 million in assets, according to the company's new 11-K filing.
