Loveland, Colo., is searching for a retirement plan consultant for the city's defined contribution plans, said Rita Chandler, the city's benefits administrator.
The city has a $47 million 401(a) Police Retirement Plan and a City General Employee Retirement Plan, consisting of a 401(a) and 457 plan with $125 million in combined assets.
More than one consultant could be selected.
The search is being conducted because the city's standard operating procedure is to send contracts out for rebid every five years, Ms. Chandler said in an email. Innovest Portfolio Solutions is the current consultant and is welcome to rebid.
The RFP is available on Colorado's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due 2 p.m. MST Dec. 2. A selection is expected to be made in late December, with a contract start date of Jan. 1.
