Los Angeles Fire & Police Pensions' board committed up to $95 million to five alternative investment funds in closed session, the $29.6 billion pension plan reported.
Pension fund officials committed up to $35 million to Wolff Credit Partners III, a real estate fund managed by Wolff Co.
LAFPP also committed up to $15 million each to Renegade Partners I, a venture capital fund managed; Aldrich Capital Partners Fund II, a growth equity fund; Longitude Prime Fund, a health-care and technology venture capital fund managed by Longitude Capital; and Work-Bench Ventures III, a venture capital fund.
