Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System committed up to $35 million to LBA Logistics Value Fund VII, a value-added real estate fund managed LBA Realty, according to a notice released by the $18.3 pension fund's board.
It is LACERS' first investment with LBA Realty.
Pension fund officials made the commitment in closed session Oct. 22.
LACERS CIO Rodney June could not be reached for additional information because LACERS' office was closed for the Veterans Day holiday.
