Lincoln (Neb.) Police & Fire Pension Fund is searching for an investment consultant.
The $307 million pension fund issued an RFP due to the upcoming expiration of current consultant Ellwood Associates' contract on Dec. 31, said Robert Walla, purchasing agent.
The firm is eligible to rebid, he said.
The pension fund's target allocation is 50% public equities; 15% each fixed-rate debt and real estate; and 10% each floating-rate debt and private equity.
The RFP is posted on the procurement website for the city of Lincoln and Lancaster County. Registration is required. Proposals are due at noon CDT Aug. 27. A selection is expected Sept. 24.
