Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System reported a commitment for up to $40 million to real estate fund NB Partners Fund IV.
The board for the $21.1 billion pension fund made the commitment to NorthBridge Partners' latest real estate logistics industrial fund in a closed session at its Jan. 10 meeting.
