Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System is searching for transition managers.
The $24.1 billion pension fund issued an RFP due to the upcoming expiration of the contracts of the current bench of six transition managers, said Rodney June, chief investment officer, in an email.
The current managers are Abel Noser, BlackRock, Citigroup Global Markets, Loop Capital Markets, Macquarie Capital and Penserra Capital Management. All are invited to rebid, Mr. June said.
The RFP is available on LACERS' website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on April 11. Selections are tentatively scheduled for July.
