Los Angeles County Employees' Retirement Association, Pasadena, reported a $600 million commitment to Lion Properties Fund and two private equity co-investments.
All three were made by the board in closed session.
Lion Properties Fund is an open-end core real estate fund managed by real estate manager Clarion Partners.
LACERA made a $75 million co-investment commitment alongside Clearlake Opportunity Partners III, a special situations fund managed by Clearlake Capital Group, and a $75 million co-investment commitment alongside AE Industrial Partners, a firm that makes control investments in companies in the technical manufacturing, distribution and supply chain management, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and industrial service-based sectors.
