Knowles Corp., Itasca, Ill., added three funds to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the Hartford Strategic Income Fund, an active multisector fixed-income fund managed by Hartford Funds Management Co. and subadvised by Wellington Management, had $1 million in assets in the plan, according to an 11-K filing Wednesday with the SEC.
The plan also added two international equity funds. As of Dec. 31, the Invesco Developing Markets Fund, an active emerging markets equity fund, and the Pear Tree Polaris Foreign Value Fund, an active international large-cap value equity fund managed by Pear Tree Advisors and subadvised by Polaris Capital Management, each had less than $1 million in assets in the plan.
A comparison of this year's and last year's 11-K filing shows the plan removed three investment options in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the Hartford MidCap Fund, an active domestic midcap growth equity fund managed by Hartford Funds Management Co. and subadvised by Wellington Management, the Loomis Sayles Strategic Income Fund, an active multisector fixed-income fund managed by Loomis Sayles & Co., and the Templeton Foreign Fund, an active international large-cap value equity fund managed by Franklin Templeton, had $9 million, $1 million and less than $1 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide reasons for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the Knowles Corp. 401(k) Plan had $180 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
