Kings County, Hanford, Calif., is searching for a bundled provider for its $37 million 457 plan, said Roger Bradley, assistant county administrative officer, in an email.
The county issued an RFP due to the impending expiration of current provider MassMutual Financial’s contract; the firm is invited to rebid, Mr. Bradley said.
The plan has 22 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
The RFP is available on the county's purchasing website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PDT on Sept. 6. Finalist interviews are scheduled for Oct. 28, with a notice of intent to award scheduled for Nov. 19.
