Killeen (Texas) Independent School District is searching for a third-party administrator for its two 457 plans.
The district issued an RFP because it would "like to ensure it receives the best value product for employees," according to answers to bid questions posted on the district's procurement website.
Current administrator PlanMember Retirement Services is invited to rebid.
The asset sizes of the plans were unavailable, the posting said. Kasey A. Modde, purchasing specialist for the district, referred questions to the posted answers.
The RFP is available on the district's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on April 12. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
