Kforce Inc., Tampa, Fla., added the Fidelity 500 Index Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The passive domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments, added to the plan in 2019, had $15 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's June 26 11-K filing with the SEC.
Also during 2019, the plan removed the Vanguard 500 Index Fund Admiral Shares.
That passive domestic large-cap equity fund had $13 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change. The plan still had four other Vanguard index funds in the lineup as of Dec. 31, according to the new filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Kforce 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan had $176 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. The plan had 17 investment options and a common stock fund as of that same date.
Kforce officials could not be immediately reached for further information.
